Our fee is a percentage of your property's nightly revenue, with no upfront or set-up costs. You only pay when your property earns.
Is there a minimum contract length?
There's no lock-in period. After a short onboarding phase, you can move to a month-to-month arrangement at any time.
Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. You can block out dates for personal use at any time through your owner portal.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer, along with a full statement of bookings and expenses.
What if something breaks or needs repair?
We arrange repairs and maintenance on your behalf and keep you informed, so small issues get fixed quickly without you needing to manage tradespeople directly.
Where will my property be listed?
We list your property across major short-term rental platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com, to maximise visibility.
